    Ends: Barbican underground station.
    Time: Approx. 2 hours.
    Distance: 3 kilometres.
    wheelchair access The instructions for going through the Golden Lane estate involve steps. To avoid these, at Fann Street, continue up Aldersgate Street, which becomes Goswell Road. Turn right along Baltic Street. At the junction with Golden Lane cross Golden Lane and go down Banner Street which is opposite and slightly to the right. The main route joins you in Banner Street. There is a step coming out of Bunhill Fields burial ground which cannot easily be avoided.
    Route: Golden Lane housing estate, St Luke's Church, Bunhill Fields burial ground, Wesley's Chapel, Honourable Artillery Company headquarters, Hoxton Square, St Leonard's Church.
    Special notes:
    • The architectural salvage company in St Michael's is open Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 6.00pm.
    • Wesley's house and the Museum of Methodism: for opening hours telephone 020 7253 2262.
