Starting out at the Columbia Road flower market, you’ll learn some of the history of Barnet Grove, have a chance to nip into the trendy shops in Cheshire Street and soak up the market banter in Brick Lane. Spitalfields Market comes next and you’ll finish up in the fascinating re-created 17th-century home of a family of silk-weavers. This tour takes around 2 and a half hours to walk but you walk at your own pace stopping where you want.
